Returns

• Any item that arrived damaged, faulty, not original or different from what you ordered: tell us within 2 days of delivery and we refund you in full, including delivery. See our original products promise.
• Items marked returnable (e.g. "3-day returns" on the product page): you can also return them if you change your mind, within those days, unused and with their packaging. We refund the item price.
• Items that say "Returns only if wrong or damaged" can't be returned for a change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products and underwear can only be returned if they arrived faulty.

1. Open your order (from your account or Track order) and tap Return an item. Choose the items and the reason, and add a photo if something is wrong.
2. We reply within one working day, then send a rider to collect it or tell you where to drop it off.
3. We check the item and refund you to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 working days. Anything you paid with Moore Points goes back as points.
